The wedding was in the middle of the forest, and he said, "No problem! We'd love to do this for you!" A few of the guests (myself included) have food allergies, and they made sure there was plenty to eat for everyone, even making gluten free versions of items especially for me! The grazing table was stunning and kept guests happy, and every dish was absolutely delicious. I got compliments on the food for weeks afterwards! He was so accommodating, thoughtful, and professional the entire way through. We couldn’t have asked for better! All their food was a hit, but some favorites were the marinated chicken tenderloins, baked beans (the best I've ever had), and strawberry cobbler. We had Scott and Becky bring the food and let the guests serve themselves. However, Scott and Becky took the time to come early and prepared the salads in individual bowls to make the line go faster. The food was labeled so that when we needed to replenish, we could easily tell what it was. We chose the pulled pork and I didn't even need sauce because I liked the original flavor of it too much.
